Description, location and services
The Residence Matteini, a 3-star property in Rimini, is a family-run establishment located near the sea, offering functional apartments, parking, elevator, 24-hour assistance, and a coin-operated laundry. The property has agreements with nearby restaurants/pizzerias (also offering takeaway), rotisserie shops, and delicatessens in the immediate vicinity. Pets of all sizes are allowed.
POSITION
The property is located in Miramare, a southern suburb of Rimini, a couple of minutes' walk from the beach. The Fiabilandia theme park is a 5-minute drive away, and the historic center and Rimini train station are about 20 minutes away by bus. Rimini and Riccione are conveniently connected by the Metromare (a 10-minute ride). The residence is located very close to the Miramare train station.
APARTMENTS
