The residence is located in Riccione in a quiet area, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach.
There are 30 apartments available, each equipped with a kitchenette with large fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils, bathroom with shower, private balcony, safe, telephone, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and heating. The apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels. Daily cleaning on request. JUNIOR SUITE: ideal solution for 2 adults with the possibility of hosting up to 3, equipped with a double bed and sofa bed. The Filmare Residence has an agreement with Bagno n.113, a modern beach equipped with sports fields, children's games and much more.
