The Wellove Residence, a 3-star hotel in Riccione managed directly by the owners, has been completely renovated and has modern furnishings, photovoltaic and solar-thermal panels, parking. It allows small and medium-sized pets.
LOCATION
The residence is located in Riccione at the beginning of via Dante, a couple of minutes walk from the beach.
APARTMENTS
The apartments have a balcony, living room with kitchenette (with induction burners, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine), bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer, living room with sofa bed, bedroom. Among the services available: 100 Mbit/s fiber Wi-Fi, LED TV in the living room and bedroom, electric shutters, air conditioning and heating, entrance with electronic card, safe, night sheets and a set of bath towels. Daily cleaning for a fee.
TYPE 1: 40 m2 apartments with living room equipped with a bunk sofa bed.
TYPE 2: 45 m2 apartments with living room equipped with double sofa bed and bathroom separated from the other rooms by a hallway.

Refreshment area, lift, beach towel on request with deposit. Customers can use the swimming pool located 300 m away, at the Hotel Imperiale, of the same property. Agreements with the Beach Village water park.
PARKING: 15 uncovered spaces, 5 of which are in the hotel and the remaining 10 in a car park 500 m from the property.
SERVICES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE: entrance on the ground floor, inclined ramp, an apartment on the ground floor with maneuvering space for a wheelchair and bathroom with accessible shower.
PETS: small and medium-sized pets allowed with supplement, vet on request, pet friendly beach.
FOOD
It is possible to have meals at the Hotel Imperiale, of the same property.
CHILDREN
In residence: strollers, bike seat and children's pool (both at the Hotel Imperiale). Upon request: babysitter and pediatrician.
In the apartment: cots and cots on request, safety rails, high chairs.
On the beach: playground area, entertainment, baby/mini/junior club.
POOL
Residence guests have free access to the swimming pool of the nearby Hotel Imperiale. Located in the garden, the pool is heated, has a hydromassage and is surrounded by a comfortable solarium area, equipped with sunbeds and beach umbrella.
BEACH
The residence has an agreement with Bagno n.113 (with beach volleyball court, entertainment, reading area, services for the disabled, playground) and Bagno n.117 (with heated swimming pool, hydromassage tubs, playground area, entertainment for adults and children, bocce courts, beach volleyball court and beach tennis court).
