The hotel is located in Viserbella, a hamlet of Rimini Nord, in a seafront position. The structure is close to Italia in Miniatura and is located right in front of La Spiaggia 55. The Fiera is also not far away, 10 minutes away by car. In less than 20 minutes you can reach the historic center and the Rimini FS station thanks to the bus line no. 4.

The two Junior Suites are located in the attic of the Residenza, the building next to the main body of the hotel.

The Residence offers space for several types of rooms and studio apartments.

APARTMENTS RIMINI/BELLARIA: 2 brand new studio apartments of 26 m2 with equipped loggia and private parking space, suitable for up to 4 people. They are located on the ground floor with independent entrance and have a kitchenette with dishwasher, dining table, sofa bed and wardrobe, sleeping area with sommier bed, bathroom with shower. They are equipped with: safe, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating.
